Annie Mooney Division 5 CIF SS Cross Country Champion

Mission Prep Senior Annie Mooney took home the Division 5 CIF Southern Section Cross Country Crown Saturday at Mt. Sac. In less than ideal conditions and with a slight change in the course, Mooney was able to win the race in 19:27, twelve seconds ahead of the second place finisher.
Mooney helped lead the Lady Royals to a third place finish in a highly competitive Southern Section. The Royals will now travel to Fresno to take part in the State Meet, race starting at 12:15 pm.
