THEME: Blacklight
Location: MCP garage
Time: Gates will open at 8 and close at 8:30 and the dance will be officially over at 10.
-seniors and juniors can leave at 9:30
-sophomores can leave at 10
-Freshman must stick around for 10 minutes to help clean up
DRESS CODE: You MUST be wearing white!!! It could be anything including shirts, pants, a dress ETC. Don’t be lame, be cool and wear white.
Clothing (Casual BUT modest):
Pants/Short
Casual T-Shirts
Athletic Shorts (no more than 3-inches above the knee)
Dresses: 5 inch rule/slits may not be higher than mid-thigh.
Dresses no lower than mid back.
NO showing of stomach.
Footwear
Footwear must be worn at all times
Closed toed shoes (Shoes must have a backstrap)
The following is not acceptable attire at the MCP Back to School dance.
Clothing that is too tight or loose.
Baggy pants/shorts.
Pants or shorts that have holes or patches.
Any Clothing that exposes underwear or midriff. (No showing of stomach)
Clothing that is sheer or is inappropriately revealing.
Sweat pants, board shorts, or swim trunks.
Military Style Fatigues
Joggers, leggings, yoga pants and pajamas.
Torn, cut, or frayed clothing-or clothing with holes.
Men will be clean shaven.
No flip flops
Above all, remember to Keep it Modest.
Clothing displaying any offensive or suggestive language, references to drugs or substances will not be permitted. We encourage you to wear an outfit to fit the theme of the dance “Royal Underground ”. If you do not have a theme outfit you can come in normal school day dress code. Thank you! |
