MCP Softball on the hunt for CIF Title!

Our MCP Softball team got it done on Wednesday! In the second inning, MCP was down 1-0, but the tide soon changed. In the bottom Hanford West moved their outfielders in to the dirt, assuming Mikaylee Gordon couldn't hit the ball hard. I guess they didn’t do their homework as she has multiple home runs this year. She proceeded to hit it over the outfielders heads to lead the inning off with a triple. Big Bats from Roxanne, Savannah, and the rest of the squad got the 3rd the Royals got on the board for the first time with 4 runs. We the ran away with the game ultimately winning 12-3. The Lady Royals look to defend their two seed against the Sierra Pacific Golden Bears today at 4:30 PM at Cuesta College. Go Lady Royals!
