MCP's E-Sports Fall Season is a 'Wrap'
Our Fall E-Sports team was incredible! They embodied the MCP spirit and attitude in the way they competed. As a team we competed in five different E-Sports: Fortnite, League of Legends, Rocket League, Super Smash Bros Ultimate, and Mario Kart. Each team took hold of our core values of love, loyalty, and level-up. As the coaching staff we could not be more prouder of the effort and energy they put into this season.
Across our teams we had seven freshmen who stepped up to compete at the Varsity level and are looking forward to continued progress for the program. Each week we recognized a different athlete as our Royal Player of the Week who embodied our core values. The winners this year were: Caiden Marsalek (SSBU), Caiden Ways (RL), Kyson Hickman (LoL), Silas Walter (LoL), Landen Spaulding (RL), Thomas Beaudin (MK), and Jasper Harris (LoL). We also had a Player of the Season in Kyson Hickman who participated in two different games, RL and LoL, with incredible drive and positive attitude. He lifted up his teammates and made those around him better. Congratulations to all of our Players of the Week and to Kyson for Player of the Season. Go Royals!
