The first weekend of MCP drama department's performances of The Addams Family was a sold out success! Get your tickets now for this weekend's final performances by clicking the link.

MCP students are encouraged to dress up for Halloween on Monday. Please click the link for the dress code or it can be found on the MCP website under 'Student Life'>'MCP Activities & Dances'. At lunch, there will be a Halloween Rally in the gym with traditional Halloween games and a Halloween Costume Contest. This year's prizes are:
1st place - $100
2nd place - $50
3rd place - $25

After school, students will have the opportunity to Trick-or-Treat from classroom to classroom from 2:40-3:00 PM. Thank you to all of the families who have contributed candy towards this fun day! You are all spooktacular!

Senior families, please mark your calendar for People's Kitchen. November 12th is your time to deliver lunch for those in our community in most need. Please keep an eye out for an email with all of the details or click the link to view the 'bring it' list. Thank you.

A HUGE thank you goes out to all of the Junior families who helped make the faculty and staff feel so special during the months of August - October. All of your thoughtful birthday gifts and special treats (and coffee!!!) spoiled us! We want to especially thank Sonia Rodriguez and Lilia Martinez who are the Parents Association Junior Class Staff Appreciation Co-Coordinators. Come out and support your MCP Cross Country team at Laguna Lake. All who come out to cheer on the team will receive a free pancake breakfast. The theme is 'Pajamas' and the team starts racing at 9AM.

Come out and cheer on your Lady Royals at the 1/4 Finals CIF Women's Volleyball Game at Nipomo High this Thursday at 6PM. Our Women's Volleyball team won their game last night 3-2 against Porterville and are ready to take on Nipomo. Let's fill the stands and cheer them on! Go Royals!

Congrats to Antonia and Curran for medaling in their races this weekend at the Cuesta Fairbanks Cross Country meet on Saturday. Curran placed 11th in the Varsity Race and Antonia placed 9th in the Open Race. A huge congrats to RK for completing his first 3 mile race!! Click the link for the full team results.
