Saturday, October 8th is the Homecoming dance. The Theme for the dance is “A Night in Vegas” The Free Casino in the Café will open at 7 pm. There will be black jack, roulette, poker and craps. Students will be able to cash in their chips for raffle tickets at the end of the night. $25 Gift cards will be awarded to 3 lucky winners. The more fake money you win, the more raffle tickets you will get. The dance floor will open at 8 pm and the casino will close at 8:30 pm. The Dance will end at 10 pm. Many thanks to all contributors to the September 10th People's Kitchen. 73 meals were served by our team of students (Rachel, Easton, Ian, Isabella, Marshall, Isa). The food was fresh, hot, nutritious and well received by the guests of Prado Day Center. This could be their only hot meal of the day so all donations of time, groceries and gourmet lasagna are appreciated!

Please join us for the Parents Association Monthly Meeting on Thursday, Sept. 15th from 8:30-10:00 AM in the Café Royale. This meeting will be with the ASB/Student Council and will focus on Homecoming and other fall related activities. We hope to see you there!

The Art Department is in need of magazines. Especially sports related magazines. Please drop them off in the designated box at Back to School Night.

Are you in need of some MCP spirit gear? MCP merch will be on sale at Back to School Night in the courtyard from 5:30-6:30 PM. We will be accepting cash or credit card.

Juniors, it's your turn to bring food for People’s Kitchen this weekend. Please have food at Prado Day Center in SLO by 11:30am. Please click the link for the list of Junior assigned items.

Prospective PARENTS - Join us for wine & early enrollment information on Monday, Sept. 19th from 6:00-7:30 PM in the MCP Performing Arts Center. This adults only evening will include information about MCP academics, the application process & timeline, tuition assistance, a tour of the campus and much more. Parents and guardians, please join us for Back to School Night on Monday, September 12th from 6:30-8:30 PM. The evening will begin with registration in the courtyard, opening presentation in the gym, and classroom rotation to meet the teachers. Various MCP groups including Auction, Job Fair, Spirit Wear sales, Tech Support, and more will be on hand to assist you.
