Funds raised from the event will be used to support facility updates, supplement instructional aide compensation, provide professional development for teachers, fund field trips and help with classroom AC/heater updates.

MCP Men's Tennis team advances to the final four in Division 3 after defeating Yosemite 6-3. Seniors Easton Weir and Diego Pesquera recorded a victory in #1 doubles and dominated in their singles matches. Junior Nathan Bradbury and Sophomore Braedon Schroeder recorded a victory in #2 doubles.

It was an extremely close match that came down to Diego and Braedon's singles matches to cinch the victory! The Royals will take the court again this coming Tuesday for their semi final CIF match. Go Royals!

Congratulations to all who ran for Student Government. We are proud of you. It is hard to put yourself out there. Please remember that anyone who ran for Office (win or lose) has first priority to get into the Leadership class.

MCP will be offering LiveScan fingerprinting in our Mosaic Lobby on Monday, May 6th from 4:30-6:30 PM. To be cleared to volunteer, all volunteers must complete both LiveScan and our online Virtus training. If you have not completed LiveScan, this a perfect opportunity! The cost is $25 and they accept cash or credit card payments only. Please bring an official picture ID.

Vocal and Instrumental auditions for the 2024-2025 school year will take place after school on May 2 in the Music Room, behind the PAC. Please click the link to sign up for a timeslot for Show Choir, Music Ministry, Choir, Band.

For Vocal Auditions: you will be asked to sing scales, sight-read a simple melody, and sing harmony against another voice part.

For Instrumental Auditions: You will be asked to play scales and sight-read a simple melody.

St. Rose along with their ICF will be hosting a "Grand Pasta Feed" on Saturday, April 27ths from 5:00-8:00 PM at the parish hall. Dinner includes spaghetti and meatballs, salad, bread and desserts. The proceeds will be used towards ICF Scholarships at St. Rose, local high schools and colleges.

Monday marked the final match for the MCP Varsity Men's Golf team before next week’s League Championships. Two Royals, senior Luke Montoya, and junior Jake Long, both shot outstanding rounds of 70 (-2) to share medalist honors. Michael Carlson, a last-minute call-up from JV, contributed with a personal best score of 83. Their efforts helped the team achieve a season-best score of 400, securing a third-place finish. The varsity team currently ranks fourth in the Mountain League.

Additionally, Luke Montoya secured the Mountain League Cup for individuals and was named Mountain League MVP, having won five of the six regular-season matches.

This season, the Men's Golf team was composed of 14 players. The top performers, who consistently had the lowest scoring averages each week, earned spots on the varsity team, while JV players participated in over six matches.

MCP families, this is a reminder your Parent Service Hours are due today April 15th. Please upload all service hours through the MobileServe app.

Each MCP family is required to volunteer 15 service hours for the 2023/2024 academic year due by April 15. If you do not upload your service hours by this deadline, you can be billed for your hours.

If you plan on volunteering after April 15th to complete your service agreement, please log the date and planned activity (such as Graduation, Prom, Gala, Royal Day...) and your estimated total hours. In the "Tell Your Story" section write in you plan on volunteering for this upcoming activity to fulfill your 2023/2024 service hours.
